Lube-Shuttle® Filler Pump centraFILL-M mobile

Manual grease transfer pump mounted on a trolley for grease pails up to 50 kg.

For the filling of centralized lubrication system (CLS) grease reservoirs.  Can also be used to to fill standard grease guns that use a filler nozzle and can be used with the Lube-Shuttle® refill adapter to refill empty Lube-Shuttle® grease cartridges.

The hand-operated lever Pump takes 5-6 pumps (about 20 seconds) to fill a grease cartridge. Suitable for grease NLGI 000 to 2.

This product includes the following Mato parts:

• 3381905 - centraFILL 18-M for 18/20 kg pails inner dia. 265-285 mm
  • includes a standard pail/drum lid (three radial thumb screws), a follower plate and a PVC hose, length 2.0m with quick release coupling according to ISO-NOrm 7241B ND6/1/4"
• 3396268 - Pail LId - Cover M50 - 435 mm for pails with outer dia. 350-430 mm
• 3393854 - Grease Follower Plate - FO 50 - for inner dia. 350-385 mm
• 3392857 - Grease Follower Plate FO 18 - for inner dia. 265-285 mm

Lube-Shuttle grease cartridge adapter and empty cartridges sold separately.
