Shipping policy

Products are shipped from a Canadian location by Canada Post, either by Expedited Parcel or Priority Parcel.  You choose the shipping option you'd like.  

Most orders are processed same day or next day.

The default shipping option is for packages to not require a signature upon delivery.  If you would like signature on delivery, ID verification or any other shipping option, please send us a note in advance of finalizing your order so we can adjust the shipping cost manually for you.  In most cases this results in an additional charge from Canada Post of $5.

If you intend to place a bulk order, please contact us in advance to discuss shipping options.

Some items are available but ordered in low quantity and therefore not kept in inventory in Canada.  These can be ordered for you and shipped directly from the United States or included with one of our future inventory replenishment orders.  Please contact us in advance by email to discuss your order.  We will compose a manual invoice for you and confirm shipping costs and delivery times.
